AgencyKPI Launches Curbside™ to Help Retailers Make Data-Based Decisions to Improve and Optimize Curbside Pickup Services

AUSTIN, TX — April 1, 2022 — AgencyKPI, the developer of the first business intelligence platform designed to manage the over-abundance of data produced by the insurance industry, today launched “AgencyKPI Curbside™,” a new Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform offering retailers data-based solutions to improve their curbside pickup services.

Since March 2020, most retailers have enabled consumers to choose ‘same-day curbside pickup’ as their preferred delivery option when shopping online or on their smartphones.

But having orders ready to go in as little as 20 minutes is a complex endeavor for major big-box retailers, as well as for small family-owned, Mom and Pop shops. In the last few months, inventory shortages and unfilled job postings made curbside pickup even more challenging. Frequently, customers cannot find preferred pickup times at convenient locations.

With AgencyKPI Curbside™, retailers can improve and optimize operations at every step in the Curbside™ process, including but not limited to: complying with local government and health guidelines; organizing Curbside™ Certified staff; collecting orders; packaging and sanitizing products; keeping cold grocery items together; never ever placing anything heavy on bread or eggs; notifying customers when their order is ready by text or email; managing Crypto-based payments (for a cut of the action); and gently placing orders in trunks without slamming the lid shut like you’re mad at it.

Major retailers in all 50 states will immediately begin posting the new “AgencyKPI Curbside™ Certified” logo on websites, in smartphone apps, on social media, and on physical signage in designated parking spots, so customers can choose a Curbside™ pickup experience for an annual fee that’s yet to be determined.

Starting on April 2, customers will be able to find “AgencyKPI Curbside™ Certified” pickup spots available starting at 12 pm ( ET) at Western Auto, Rose Apothecary, Oshman’s Sporting Goods, Dunder Mifflin, Casual Corner, Hollywood Video, The Disney Store, Mervyn’s, The Limited, Eckerd’s, Circuit City, CompUSA, TG&Y, A&P, Weingarten’s, Handy Dan, Hasting’s Records, B. Dalton Books, Gemco, ShowBiz Pizza Palace, Skaggs Alpha Beta and Venture stores.

“Curbside™ Certified pickups will provide customers a faster, quicker, easier, better, smarter, smoother, nicer, warmer and friendlier experience. But nobody said anything about it being free, OK? I have seven sons to feed. Seven!” said Billman.
